È necessario collegamento a rete elettrica e LAN, siamo a disponibili a fornire informazioni in merito ma non effettuiamo direttamente cablature e/o operazioni tecniche di altra natura sull’impianto.

L’interfaccia è semplice ed intuitiva pensata per farvi gestire autonomamente le attività quotidiane più frequenti.

La piattaforma software è piuttosto semplice, tuttavia per eventuali problematiche potete sempre fare affidamento all’assistenza telefonica dedicata a queste linee di prodotto.

In caso di interruzioni che riguardano l’hardware, gli interventi più urgenti sono svolti dai tecnici della filiale di zona. Trattandosi di prodotto italiano e personalizzato, i pezzi di ricambio sono disponibili in tempi molto brevi (esempio: stampante piccola dei ticket in 24 ore).
